I offer one-on-one holistic health coaching. As a graduate of Institute of Integrative Nutrition (NYC), I’ve been trained in over 100 dietary theories, have extensively studied the relationship between your health and all the other aspects of your life. I’m here to help you create your healthiest life.
Health coaching is a unique transformation process, focused on health, lifestyle, and nutrition. The health game can be pretty confusing — how many meals a day do you eat? How many carbs? Wait, what about fat? It’s all pretty overwhelming and confusing. I’m here to help you find clarity and confidence in your health with a clear roadmap, designed just for you.
1:1 Health Coaching
While most dietitians focus on calories, carbs, fats, proteins, restrictions and lists of “good” and “bad” foods, I will work with you to help you create a balanced and healthy lifestyle in a way that’s flexible, sustainable, and enjoyable for you. I create a program that is customized to your specific needs and guide you to find the food and lifestyle choices that best support you.
We’ll chat about whatever it is that’s holding you back. I’ll help you to make gradual, sustainable, lifelong changes that will enable you to reach your health goals — now and later.
Your Best Self (16-weeks)
Are you ready to meet your vibrant self? Let’s work together and make that happen. This is for you who is already on the path tired of “failing”. You want to have more energy and finally feel great about the way you look and feel. If you’re looking for some guidance and real accountability, this program is for you. After 12 weeks, you’ll have established new sustainable habits.
This program is for you if:
- You’re struggling with your relationship with food.
- You have an unhealthy relationship with food.
- You’ve tried all sorts of crazy diets, detoxes, cleanses, and resolutions but can never seem to stick to anything.
- You’re tired of “failing”. You are tired of starting over and over again. You’re tired of the “I’ll start tomorrow!” just to find yourself in the same place a week later.
- You need support and accountability, someone to support you through the hard moments of change.
- You’re ready for a sustainable, lifelong change and ready to commit.
What you get:
As your health coach, I’ll keep you motivated and hold you accountable. Together, we’ll get really clear on what your goals are and I’ll share practical and tangible materials. I believe that knowledge is power IF it’s fueled with inspiration and a WHY.
A complimentary session where I get to know you and discuss where you’d like to be. We’ll review your health history in depth. Maybe it’s work, maybe it’s your relationships. Whatever it is, we’ll talk about it. I want to get to know you.
Once you’re signed up, we’ll meet every other week (for a total of 6 sessions). Via Skype, we’ll meet for 50 minutes and dive deep. We’ll talk about what’s holding you back and where you’re experiencing resistance in your life. We’ll explore foods that truly energize you from the inside out. You’ll gain a better understanding of your cravings and discover techniques to reduce them. We’ll navigate into your personal relationships and all other aspects of life.
After every session, you’ll receive detailed notes and follow-ups along with any goals you’ve decided to focus on. I’ll send you program materials that will help guide you. This will include healthy tips and inspiration to keep you going.
