Sapana Chandra is a Seattle-based plant-based, professional cook, digital media influencer, holistic health coach, and author of Plant Power Bowls. She grew up in Kansas and received her graduate degree in Computer Science from the University of Pittsburgh. After a successful 13-year corporate career in technology and product management, Sapana launched Real + Vibrant in 2016 after healing herself from chronic illness.
