- 3/4 cup almond milk
- 1/2 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon hemp seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of ground cinnamon
- Pinch of sea salt
- 1/4 cup fresh blueberries
- 1 teaspoon almond butter
- In a bowl or glass container, combine the oats, almond milk, chia seeds, hemp seeds, sweetener, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and sea salt. Mix again after a few minutes to prevent the chia seeds from clumping together.
