  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 cup unsweetened¬†almond milk
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1/4 cup blueberries
  • 2 tablespoons rolled oats
  • 2 tablespoons almond butter
  • 2 servings plant-based protein
  • 1/4 cup water (optional)
  • Handful of ice

Instructions

  1. In a high-speed blender, combine the spinach, almond milk, banana, blueberries, rolled oats, almond butter, protein, water, and ice,
