This power breakfast smoothie is made with spinach, blueberries, walnuts, rolled oats. It’s energizing and packed with fiber and antioxidants. The added fats and protein make it the perfect candidate for breakfast or an afternoon snack.



  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 handfuls of spinach
  • 1 banana, fresh or frozen
  • 1/2 cup blueberries, fresh or frozen
  • 1/4 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup walnuts
  • 2 servings of plant-based vanilla protein
  • 1/2 cup water (optional)
  • Handful of ice


  1. In a high-speed blender, combine the spinach, banana, blueberries, rolled oats, walnuts, protein, nut milk, water, and ice, 
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy. Serve immediately.
