Two glasses of pumpkin chai smoothie

I don't know about you but pumpkin and chai might just be my favorite fall flavors! And this smoothie just happens to blend the two flavors into one delicious drink. This smoothie is:

    • Creamy
    • Warming
    • Flavorful
    • Easy to make

This pumpkin chai smoothie is made with a handful of ingredients, takes 5 minutes to prepare and gets its wonderful flavor from pumpkin, warming spice, banana and almond milk. It's perfect for mornings when you're craving a smoothie but one made with summer fruit.

    • Warming spices, including cinnamon, cardamom, and ginger powder

    Frequently asked questions

Can I add protein to this smoothie? Yes! Add a serving of protein powder. Unflavored and vanilla protein work best. If you eat dairy, another great option is a serving of Greek yogurt for an additional boost of protein.

How do I turn this into a smoothie bowl? Use less liquid to turn this smoothie into a smoothie bowl. Be sure to freeze everything, including the almond milk in an ice cube tray for a thick smoothie. It's also best to use a high-speed blender.

Can I make this smoothie in advance? Yes, you can make it the night before. However, it tastes the best when you consume it soon after making it.

Can I use another kind of milk? Yes, any milk tastes great in this smoothie! I went with almond milk just because it has a more neutral date, but oat milk, cashew milk, coconut milk, and hemp milk are other great options!
