Tropical Ginger Matcha Smoothie

A delicious and simple green smoothie made with spinach, mango, matcha, and ginger. This energizing mix will have you missing warmer weathers, especially this time of the year! You can add dates for additional sweetness or stick to the basics. And it takes all of 2 minutes to make, especially if you have your mango ready to go!

  • 2 big handfuls of fresh spinach
  • 1 cup mango (frozen for fresh)
  • 1 tsp matcha green tea powder
  • 2 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1/2 inch fresh ginger, minced (adjust amount based on preference)
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 cup water (add more to change the consistency)
  • 2 pitted dates (optional, for added sweetness)


  1. Combine all of the ingredients in a high-speed blender (or regular blender). Blend until smooth and creamy.
