1 (750 mL)bottledry sparkling wineor sparkling juice for a non-alcoholic drink
Pour grapefruit juice until each champagne flute glass is ½ full. Top with the sparkling wine until it's full.
Garnish with a small slice of grapefruit and serve immediately.
Use chilled ingredients: Be sure you're using chilled ingredients as mimosas taste best when chilled.
Remove pulp from juice: If juicing fresh grapefruits, be sure to strain the juice through a fine-mesh sieve. Alternatively, if using store-bought grapefruit juice, purchase with no pulp or else strain before using.
Avoid juice from concentrate: If using store-bought juice, make sure it's 100% juice and not from concentrate.
