A delicious and tropical matcha smoothie made with spinach, mango, matcha, and ginger. This energizing mix will have you missing warmer weather. And it takes all of a few minutes to make, especially if you have your mango ready to go.
Combine all of the ingredients in a high-speed blender (or regular blender).
Blend until smooth and creamy.

To make the smoothie a little tangy, add 1 tablespoon of lime juice.
For an added tropical flavor, replace the almond milk with light coconut milk.
To save time in the morning, prep the ingredients the night before and freeze them. In the morning, pop the ingredients in the blender along with the nut milk, water, and ice for a quick smoothie.
Alternatively, blend the smoothie the night before and store in an air-tight container. In the morning, be sure to stir as the ingredients will separate.
