Ingredients
Taco Slaw Mix

shredded green cabbage

shredded red cabbage

shredded carrots

thinly sliced green onion

chopped cilantro

jalapeno
seeded and finely chopped
Taco Slaw Dressing
¼
cup
sour cream

tablespoon
mayonnaise

tablespoon
lime juice

kosher salt

black pepper
Instructions
In a large bowl, combine the cabbage, carrots, green onion, cilantro, and jalapeno.
Stir together the sour cream, mayonnaise, lime juice, salt, and black pepper in a small bowl.
Pour the dressing over the taco slaw mix, tossing gently until all of the vegetables are evenly coated.
Taste and season with additional salt and pepper, if needed.
Cover the bowl and chill for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
