I would be the first to admit that I’ve never been one with a sweet tooth. Growing up, I always opted for the salty savory foods (read: chips, bread, pasta, need I say more?). Traditionally, kheer is a rice pudding that’s made with whole milk and served on its own. I learned this recipes from my mother growing up in an Indian household.
