Four delicious avocado toast recipes for any day of the week! Each one is simple, tasty, and full of flavor, making for a great snack any time of the day.

Avocado Toasts
If you're looking to up your avocado toast game, try a few of my favorite avocado toast recipes. You know the craze for avocado toasts is real. And if you follow me on Instagram, you know I share about one toast a week. That's because my love for avocado toast runs pretty deep. I remember making my first one a few years ago. Ever since then, it's become a routine, almost daily practice. Today, I'm bringing you four of my favorite combos.
Gluten-Free Avocado Toast!
Not only are these avocado toasts delicious and easy to make, they're also gluten-free. I used Udi's Gluten Free Delicious Multi-Grain Bread to make all of them. While most gluten-free breads I've tried don't taste good, I love how Udi's doesn't compromise on taste or ingredients - plus it's dairy-free, soy-free and nut-free. You can find it in the freezer section of most grocery stores these days (many of them will have a dedicated Gluten-Free section). I like to move it into my fridge once I'm ready to enjoy it!
Blueberry Mint Avocado Toast
I've literally shared this combination on my feed multiple times. It's literally one of my all-time favorites. The smooth and savory from the avocado and the slight sweetness from the blueberries with a little mint is an unforgettable combination (in the best of ways). I know it may sound a little weird, but adding a little fresh mint creates a unique flavor that's so both delicious and different.
Avocado Dill Toast
Elevate any avocado toast with fresh herbs, pink Himalayan salt, and cracked black pepper. It's such a simple, yet tasty combination!
Avocado Hummus Toast
This is a simple, classic toast that's easy to make. And if you're a fan of cilantro like me, you'll LOVE this toast. It also tastes amazing with beet hummus (and looks so pretty)!
Avocado Radish Toast
This is such a pretty toast! You can use either watermelon radish or any other kind you have available (as I realize watermelon radish is harder to find). It's a savory and crunchy toast, perfect for warmer weather. I love this as a snack in the afternoons or if I make a couple, I'll enjoy it as a light lunch.
I hope you find these quick and easy avocado toasts useful. If you make any of them, I’d love to hear what you think! Just tag your photos to #realandvibrant on Instagram or tag me on Stories! There’s truly nothing that inspires me more than seeing you guys trying out the recipes I post.
